Working in partnership with leading real estate consultancy And London, Next Phase was engaged by Landsec to reimagine and reposition a declining retail and hospitality space. The result was Revolution Market, a bold new concept centred around a food hall-led experience, designed to reignite foot traffic and reestablish the site as a dynamic, multi-use destination.

The vision blended independent food operators with curated retail and flexible co-working, creating a layered offer that reflects the evolving demands of modern high street users. Next Phase led the development of the concept, from initial visioning through to commercial modelling and operational strategy, ensuring the scheme could deliver both cultural relevance and long-term financial value.
